The doc depicts the relations of an 80-year-old man named Haji Baba with his children.
The family is in a specific situation in which the members have to deal with some problems.
Their behavior lets the audience know more about them and their personalities.
The documentary’s director Nasser Zamiri said “I tried to have an objective point of view in the doc and let the audience judge the characters. The audience decides who is wrong and who is right and why the family is facing problems. The film has a simple but deep and poetic narration that makes the viewers stay with the characters to the end”.
The DocPoint international works are selected by invitation and there is no open submission.
The fest aims to present newly-released works which have not been screened in Finland.
The 19th DocPoint is slated for January 27-February 2, 2020, in Finland.
